The units were beautifully maintained with a free internet access.

The hotel had a marvellous and pleasant location near Piazza Caricamento.

Unbeatable and nice location, at a moderate distance from an expansive maritime museum. Impressive area right by old shoppings, restaurants, and Train Station.

Wi-Fi was very limited.

Its location at a medium distance from a century palace was best possible. The staff were well-trained and professional and the design was very modern.

Got the same great-sized room with all the necessary amenities booked online, loved that. Qualified and very knowledgeable staff, everything was nice.

The units were well-equipped with a queen bed. The staff is competent, genuinely helpful. The hotel boasts central location in the Soho restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Genoa. The location was perfect - close to the cruise port, aquarium, and market. I loved being able to walk to all the historic sites. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the availability of computers and iPads in the lobby. The hotel even had a small library of books and newspapers to borrow. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great breakfast, and convenient location.

Location is super, just across the street from Porto Antico and Acquario di Genova and short walking distance to old center of the town. This hotel is great value for money.

Parking house is close to the hotel, but is relativel expensive -- 34€ for a ful day. In hotel they said that it will cost 18€, but since we were leaving... I advise you to check at the reception about tis issue.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating, friendly and helped me with public parking. I was happy, the double room I booked came with pleasant views, added local touches, tea. The breakfast was abundant and absolutely fantastic: cereals and cheese were fine.

There is an available computer at the lobby free of use. The breakfast is good.There is a heater to dry towels

The rooms are too small.

The location of this hotel is truly fantastic. Situated in the historic district, it offers the perfect opportunity to explore the old part of Genoa. It is just a short walk from the main railway station, making it easily accessible for travelers. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently nestled near the old port, providing a picturesque backdrop for a leisurely stroll. Being situated in a pedestrian area creates a peaceful and relaxing ambiance, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic.

The hotel is situated very well. Close to shopping and the activities at the Port.

The hotel is in a small side street and is difficult to find (even with a gps). Perhaps a sign on the main street could help travellers locate the hotel more easily. There is a small parking spot outside the hotel from which luggage can be unloaded, but then the car must be parked in a nearby public garage (It is within luggage carrying distance though). Tourists should be aware that this is an additional expense of about 18 Euro per day.

The units are tastefully decorated, brand-new with coffee, bunk beds plus a reasonable size bedroom. The location is central, very close to the aquarium and the port and metro and hundreds of amazing restaurants.
